Ambrose Apter, Lead Customer Service Representative
Ambrose serves as the Lead Customer Service Representative here at Roadrunner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital. Entering into the veterinary field exclusively in emergency medicine at the start of covid, he began as a technician with special interest in radiology and internal medicine but has found a passion for leadership and client care.
Empathy is one of his core values, making sure that each and every client feels seen and heard during stressful times in the emergency room with their pets.
Outside of work he enjoys niche media, video games, sewing, and runs a small business. He shares his home with two miniature bull terriers and his cats, Starscream and Scrapmetal.
