Berenise Geisinger, RVT, Lead Emergency Technician
Berenise is from Kaufman, Texas but lived in South Texas since 2015 after graduating junior college and deciding to further her education at a four year university. In 2023, Berenise relocated to New Mexico to support her husband in pursuing his dream career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2019 and has been passionate about animal care ever since. She discovered her love for emergency and critical care (ECC) two years ago when she began working in an emergency setting. Since then, ECC has become a true calling, and she hopes to pursue a Veterinary Technician Specialty (VTS) in ECC in the future. With a heart of gold and a deep passion for helping both animals and people, she strives to make a positive difference wherever she can.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Harper—whether they’re going on long walks or playing fetch at the park. On quieter days, you’ll find her curled up with her cats, Archie and Stella, binge-watching Netflix shows and enjoying some well-earned relaxation.
